Every CPR Styling Tool is created to the highest standards & thoroughly checked before it leaves our premises.

What is the CPR Styling Tools Warranty period?
Our limited warranty covers the CPR Styling Tool against defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase as certified on the sales slip, when purchased from within Australia & NEW ZEALAND.
Is proof of purchase important for me to retain?
Yes, if there is no proof of purchase/original receipt, the device will not be inspected.
Do I need to register my appliance for warranty?
No, just keep your proof of purchase/ original receipt which will show the date of purchase.
Do I need to retain the original box?
If possible yes. This will make it easier to send the CPR Styling Tool for Warranty/Service.
If unable to keep packaging, repackaging costs for return will be at your expense.
What is not included in the warranty?
Any failure of the product to perform any purpose other than the intended purpose shall not be considered as a default under this warranty.
Damage caused by not regularly cleaning the tool or general soiling
normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power
Damage due to misuse and abuse such as:
wrong voltage supply;
ignoring safety precautions;
tampering such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorised party;
neglect or lack of proper regular maintenance;
and/or damage to cord;
and/or defects caused by fire, flood, or any other act of god.
What happens if my warranty claim is rejected?
If your warranty claim has been rejected, we will contact you with the repair, parts & shipping cost, which you will need to approve & pay before the repair starts.
How long does it take to repair a CPR Styling Tool?
Please allow 20 business days from date of receiving the CPR Styling Tool at our Service Centre in Sydney.
If we are unable to return within this time, you will be notified.
Note for professional hairdressers using CPR Styling tools for industrial or commercial use. Yasmin Products Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any delay in servicing due to non-availability of any components or due to reasons beyond the control of Yasmin Products Pty Ltd.
How do I find out if you have received the CPR Styling Tool?
Our Service Centre will contact you once we receive the CPR Styling Tool.
Does my warranty start over when I receive my repaired / replaced appliance?
No. Warranty is only from the original date of purchase. However, if you have received a complete replacement, the 12-month warranty will be included.
Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
No, the warranty only offers a repair or replacement of the appliance.
How do I find out if you have received my warranty claim and the item?
Track your package. It will indicate receipt by the Service Centre. If we have questions we will contact you by phone and/or email.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY / SERVICE REQUEST
STEP 1: CONTACT US

Please supply proof of purchase/original receipt details on the phone call.
Please note: Exchange of defective device is at Yasmin Products Pty Ltd’s discretion
STEP 2: SHIP THE CPR STYLING TOOL TO SERVICE CENTRE (SYDNEY)
Send the CPR Styling Tool via registered post (at your expense) along with a copy of the original proof of purchase/original receipt to;

STEP 3: WARRANTY / SERVICE REPORT
We will send you a Warranty / Service report;
If under warranty, we will repair & ship the CPR Styling Tool back to you at our cost.
If your warranty claim has been rejected, we will contact you with the repair, parts & shipping cost, which you will need to approve & pay before the repair start
If Yasmin Products Pty Ltd becomes liable for damages incurred in connection with these presents, then the liability of Yasmin Products Pty Ltd will be limited to the amount equal to the sale invoice amount paid by you. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
