Every Ozone Hair Spa is created to the highest standards & thoroughly checked before it leaves our premises.
If for any reason you need to return an Ozone Hair Spa for Warranty / Service, we will ensure it is a simple & fast process. We have outlined our returns procedure & FAQ’s below. If you need any further advice or assistance, please contact our CPR Customer Service Team on 02 9516 5144.

What is the Ozone Hair Spa Warranty?
The Ozone Hair Spa includes a 6-month back-to-base warranty on defective workmanship. If goods are found to be factory defective & beyond repair, a replacement unit will be supplied at no charge & sent to you freight free.
What if my Ozone Hair Spa is out of the 6-month warranty period?
If 6-month warranty is no longer valid, please call us to arrange a service. Please note all parts, labour, freight & repair costs will be at your expense.
Do I need to register my appliance for warranty?
No, just keep your original receipt/invoice for proof & date of purchase.
Do I need to retain the original box?
If possible yes. This will make it easier to send the Ozone Hair Spa for servicing.
If unable to keep packaging, repackaging costs for return will be at your expense.
Do I need to return accessories with the appliance?
No, only send the Ozone hair Spa machine & Hood. There is no need to send the stand or electrical cord.
What is not included in the warranty?
Damage caused by using liquids other than recommended Ozone Hair Spa water (The irons & minerals in tap water are not compatible with the Ozone Hair Spa & will contaminate & affect the machine’s functionality.
Damage caused by not regularly emptying the Overflow Tank
Damage due to misuse and abuse such as: dropping; wrong voltage supply; ignoring safety precautions; tampering such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorised party; neglect or lack of proper regular maintenance; and/or damage to cord; and/or defects caused by fire, flood, or any other act of god.
What happens if my warranty claim is rejected?
If your warranty claim has been rejected, we will contact you with the repair, parts & shipping cost, which you will need to approve & pay before the repair starts.
How long does it take to repair the Ozone Hair Spa?
Please allow 10 business days from date of receiving the Ozone Hair Spa at our Service Centre in Sydney.
If we are unable to return within this time, you will be notified.
How do I find out if you have received the Ozone Hair Spa?
Our Service Centre will contact you once we receive the Ozone Hair Spa.
Does my warranty start over when I receive my repaired / replaced appliance?
No. Warranty is only from the original date of purchase. However, if you have received a complete replacement, the 6-month warranty will be included.
Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
No. Our warranty only offers a repair or replacement of the appliance.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY / SERVICE REQUEST
STEP 1: CONTACT US
Call the office on (02) 9516 5144.
Please supply invoice number & date.
STEP 2: SHIP OZONE HAIR SPA TO SERVICE CENTRE (SYDNEY)
We will arrange for the Ozone Hair Spa to be picked up & delivered to our Service Centre in Sydney.
STEP 3: WARRANTY / SERVICE REPORT
We will send you a Warranty / Service report;
If under warranty, we will repair & ship the Ozone Hair Spa back to you at our cost.
If your warranty claim has been rejected, we will contact you with the repair, parts & shipping cost, which you will need to approve & pay before the repair start
Please note that all CPR products purchased outside Australia should NOT be returned to Australia.
